Integrated Purpose Management LLC is owned and operated by Mike and Diana Romero of Frisco, Texas.
Diana Kay Romero is a Purpose Coach, speaker, and strategist who helps individuals and leaders cultivate lives that are aligned, integrated, and rich with meaning. She believes purpose isn’t something you chase: it’s something you cultivate. It comes from how you were divinely designed.
Diana is the host of The Integrated Life Podcast, a space where real stories, spiritual wisdom, and lived experience come together. Drawing from more than 30 years in corporate business and her journey as an entrepreneur, Diana shares what it looks like to move from a fragmented life to an integrated one. A life once divided is now whole. And a whole life is one lived with passion, clarity, and purpose.
Her message is deeply personal. Diana knows what it’s like to succeed professionally while feeling internally divided, and she also knows the freedom that comes from aligning who you are, what you believe, and how you live.
Diana is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Purpose Management (IPM) LLC, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and organizations realize their integrated purpose. Individuals learn to live a life full of purpose, and organizations learn how to have a faith-friendly workplace culture.
As a speaker, Diana partners with churches and organizations to inspire transformation, spiritual alignment, and purposeful living. Her heart is to help people stop compartmentalizing their lives and start living from a place of deep alignment and faith-filled confidence.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Texas and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School. She serves on the 4word Women Advisory Board and is a servant leader at Elevate Life Church. Diana is married and the proud mother of one daughter.

Mike Romero is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Integrated Purpose Management (IPM) LLC. Mike has over 20 years of experience in multiple areas of operations, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, and security. In addition to his role at IPM, he lives out his integrated purpose daily by serving and protecting others. Mike is also a servant leader at Elevate Life Church.
